1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Matt's 3D Prints ("we," "us," or "our") at https://shop.mattshull.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or place an order. Completing a purchase constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

2. Products — 3D Printed Goods

All products sold on this site are individually 3D printed using FDM (fused deposition modeling) or similar additive manufacturing processes. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Layer lines and surface texture are a natural characteristic of 3D printed objects and are not defects.
  • Color variation may occur between batches due to filament differences.
  • Dimensional tolerances may vary slightly from item to item.
  • Material limitations: Most prints use PLA, PETG, or ABS plastics. These materials are not rated for continuous high-heat environments and may deform if left in a hot car, near a heat source, or in direct sunlight for extended periods.
  • Food-contact items: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing, our prints are NOT food-safe. Layer lines can harbor bacteria. Do not use unlabeled items to store or serve food or beverages.
  • Functional and mechanical parts are provided as-is and are not engineered or certified load-bearing components. Do not use them in safety-critical applications.

3. Age Requirement & Small Parts Warning

⚠ CHOKING HAZARD — Small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Many of our products contain small parts that can detach and pose a choking or ingestion hazard to young children and pets. You are solely responsible for ensuring that purchased items are kept out of reach of children under the age of 3 and animals. We make no representations that any product is appropriate for unsupervised use by children of any age unless explicitly stated in the product listing. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for the safe use, storage, and supervision of these products in your household.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Matt's 3D Prints AND ITS OWNER(S) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Personal injury or property damage caused by product misuse, modification, or use contrary to any warnings;
  • Injury or illness resulting from ingestion of small parts or material fragments by children or animals;
  • Damage resulting from use of products in high-heat environments beyond the material's rated tolerance;
  • Failure of functional or mechanical parts in any application;
  • Any use of products in a manner not intended or recommended.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or materially different from what was listed. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at emailme@mattshull.com with a description and photos. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once handed to the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for lost shipment claims.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, and site content are the property of Matt's 3D Prints or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this site without our express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, and you waive any right to a class action proceeding.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the site or placing a new order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
