Matt's 3D Prints operates the online store at https://shop.mattshull.com. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

When you place an order:

Name and shipping address — to fulfill and ship your order.
Email address — to send order confirmations, shipping updates, and post-purchase follow-ups such as review requests or promotional emails.
Payment information — collected and processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

Automatically collected information:

IP address (hashed) — collected for fraud prevention and basic analytics. We hash IP addresses before storing them and do not use them to identify individuals.
Browser and session data — page views, referral source, and session duration collected via our own first-party analytics. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or advertising cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfill your order, including communicating with you about shipping and delivery.
To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping notification).
To send post-purchase emails such as review requests or occasional promotions. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by replying to any email and requesting removal.
To operate and improve our store using anonymized, aggregated analytics data.
To prevent fraud and protect the security of our store.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We share your information only with the third parties necessary to operate our store:

Shipping carriers — your name and address are shared with the carrier chosen to fulfill your shipment.
Email provider (Fastmail) — used to send transactional and marketing emails to you.

We retain order records (name, email, shipping address, and order details) for as long as necessary to fulfill legal, tax, and accounting obligations — typically a minimum of 7 years. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 7).

We use a single session cookie to power the shopping cart and maintain your browsing session. This cookie contains no personally identifiable information and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
